Project Superintendent, Environmental Division
Supervise the job activities to ensure the company objectives, schedules and budgets are met timely and accurately. Work requires the direct daily supervision on the site of crew members to accomplish various abandoned mine and similar sites that have specific designs for reclamation. Projects are generally in remote and rough topography locations.

Project Manager, Environmental Division
Manage construction projects by defining purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; and evaluating and implementing change orders. Supervising and directing the daily activities of crews to accomplish project objectives timely and efficiently. Extensive experience in earth moving, drainage, and revegetation required. Ability to work from engineered site plans and specifications to meet design objectives.

Full time career opportunities in the golf course construction industry. Our projects range from new construction to high end renovations. Salary or wage will be commensurate with skill level. You must be willing to travel and have a proven track record in results and quality.
Equipment Operator/Truck Driver
Career opportunity for a skilled equipment operator who can to drive tractor trailers to move equipment. Wage will be commensurate with skill level. Individual must have a valid CDL license with a clean driving record. Experience in moving construction equipment. The successful candidate will have experience operating various light construction equipment such as backhoe, excavator, dozer, and straight tandem trucks. Travel required.
Irrigation Superintendent
Career opportunity for a skilled irrigation superintendent who can install quality systems on existing golf courses and new construction. Salary will be commensurate with skill level. Individual must have at least 4 years experience as an irrigation superintendent and installation of no less than 6 complete eighteen-hole systems. Communication and organizational abilities a must. Skills must include installation techniques using plowing, open trench, and maintaining production along with quality. Successful candidate will have the ability to train and build team members that are goal oriented. Travel required.
Irrigation Wireman
Career opportunity for a skilled irrigation wireman who can wire all types of systems on existing golf courses and new construction. Salary will be commensurate with skill level. Experience with Toro and Rain Bird systems, including wiring their respective type of controllers. Must be detail oriented and well organized. Travel required.
Irrigation Pipe Fitter
Seeking experienced golf irrigation pipe fitter. Wage will be commensurate with skill level. Experience and references must be shown. Travel required.
Shaper
Aspen Corporation is always seeking partnerships with qualified golf course dozer and excavator shapers. Our projects run the gamut from historic restorations to new construction. Demonstrated understandings of design philosophy and styles of noted (modern and historical) architects a plus. Experience with laser leveling equipment preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
Finish Foreman
Aspen Corporation is currently seeking qualified golf course construction finish foreman. Must have demonstrated experience leading a crew in grassing preparation. Experience with common golf course finishing equipment required. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.
